SAP SD Certification exam is designed based on the practical experiences of working as a SAP Sales and ERP consultant. • Shipping Process and Customizing: 8 to 12% Knowledge of describing shipping transactions, its processing techniques in relation to sales order management and its associated customization settings. Also the candidate should have the ability to maintain customization settings required to perform basic shipping processes.

• Master Data: 8 to 12% Ability to set up and maintain relevant master data.

• Cross Functional Customizing: 8 to 12% Knowledge and ability to maintain customization settings required in performing cross-functional business processes.

• Billing Process and Customizing: 8 to 12% Knowledge and ability to explain and perform various tasks relating to basic billing and maintaining customization settings that are required in performing basic billing processes.

• Pricing and Condition Techniques: 8 to 12% Knowledge and ability to explain and perform various tasks relating to pricing and condition techniques.

• Basic Functions (Customizing): 8 to 12% Knowledge and ability to explain and perform various tasks relating to basic functions (customizing).

• Sales Documents (Customizing): More than 12% Knowledge and ability to explain various tasks involved in creating, customizing and maintaining the sales documents.

• Availability Check: Less than 8% Knowledge and ability to explain and perform various tasks related to availability check.

• Sales Process: 8 to 12% Knowledge and ability to explain and perform various tasks relating to sales process.

Exam Content

Types of Question

The examination consists of 80 Multiple Choice Questions. Multiple-choice questions can be of following two types

• Multiple Response: Two or More Correct response from the given options best suits the statement or answers the question.
• Single Response: Only One correct response from the given options best suits the statement or answers the question.

Exam Duration

Candidates will have 180 minutes for attempting 80 multiple-choice questions. So, it becomes important for the candidates to time-box the exam and restrict spending too much time on one question or one topic.

Exam Results

The certification exam is a pass or fail exam. The examination is scored against a minimum standard established by SAP who are guided by certification industry best practices and guidelines.

It is important for the candidates to at least score 65% in the examination to be termed as Pass. The score will be notified on-line immediately after finishing the exam. After passing the exam, an SAP Global Certification digital badge will be sent to the registered email ID.
